I love Caribbean music. It's almost peaceful to move to the rhythms ("riddims") of it. When I was first introduced to the genre, I wasn't sure how I felt about it...now I'm in love. Some of the songs pull me in because of the emotion, but still that light hearted tone remains. That's what I love about it. Even in the pain there's hope, meaning, beauty.
