didn't anyone tell you about "the freshman 10"??? The majority of people gain 10 pounds their first year of college. Don't freak out about it - you will lose it!

You kept the same for a year and a half, thats hard to do in itself! but if you need any help or ideas for losing just let me know! your in pretty good shape, rugby players are pretty tough chicks. check into hydroxycut, a highly recommended supplement jsut watch when your buying supplements the amount of efedra contained in each one. its good that your a vegan though thats helping maintain natural salts that you need. i dont know how much wheat you eat but too much can cause the fatty tissue in the human body to cling to its natural preserves and remain there. i have a few sites if your interested.

and i didn't gain any weight at college. i gained it senior year before i left and i've stayed the same for a year and a half.
