thank you Jesus!
oh my goodness. tonight was so great:) I had such a bad (stupid!) attitude about going to the dance....but i think it was my favorite dance at Hope college thus far. Sarah and corrie and I made up some fantastic dances, regardless of what anyone tells you. the "weightlifters" is going to be the new thing to hit the dance club scene, not to mention our new and improved carwash dance.
God answers prayers. really. God. answers. prayers. He has answered so many for me this week...and has helped me so much when I have been struggling. Why is it that i seem to have to figure out over and over again that i have victory in Jesus? i'm just like the Israelites! and everytime i read about them i get so frustrated and i don't understand how they can hear the voice of God, turn around and start worshipping idols, hear God AGAIN, and turn around and worship idols again and lose faith in God.
today we babysat emily and aaron, our sunday school leaders' kids. they are adorable. i changed my first pullup. of my life. and we went to the park, and rode in the wagon (not me, aaron), and played house, and watched looney tunes, and ate fruit snacks, and sang camp songs. i love kids.
thanks to some amazing girls for praying and talking with me on thursday night:) it is amazing to have friends to pray and be so open and honest with. This is all for tonight
