How Dumb Can Someone Be?
I'm not the smartest man in the world. But even I know that if I'm trying to make up with my girlfriend after I've upset her at a party, it's probably not a good idea to ram her car 15 times in an attempt to get her attention.
The kicker is, of course, that this idiot rammed the wrong car. But I don't think it would have been fine if he had had the right car, either. "Hey, Sweetums! Sorry I rammed your car 15 times and pushed it through stop signs at intersections. I just wanted to tell you I love you. How about a kiss?"
There aren't many things more idiotic than that. There might be a few ideas that are worse, but not many.
