I got on the commuter rail this morning and sat near three middle-aged businesswomen. As soon as I sat down, I overheard part of their conversation:
"I was so happy when I found out this morning!"
"I know! It's about time!"
"This was bound to happen, you know..."
I, too, was happy to learn that the Democrats totally pwned the Republicans. I was about to join in their conversation and remark how great this is for the country, when one of them said something I didn't expect:
"And I hear she's trying to get sole custody of the kids, too!"
I immediately realized that they were talking about something else. Who cares about the election? The important thing is that Britney Spears got rid of K-Fed.
