I was actually slim (for a size 14 body that is anyway) yesterday as I overloaded on wheat when eating out over half term & had none this week. So, note to body, you know what wheat does to you, so JUST DON'T DO IT!
I was wearing a slim fit long t-shirt underneath a jumper at work & got really hot when doing Wake Up Shake Up, so had to take my jumper off. As I haven't had wheat recently, I didn't look pregnant, so could actually wear slim fitting clothes without embarassing myself.
Why can't I picture this is my head when I'm tempted by wheat & just say no?
I was impressed this week as I was offered a still warm from the oven slice of carrot cake & chocolate digestives at school & said no thanks each time.
But the week before, I had a chicken wrap at McDonalds & the week before that I had a pizza at Pizza Express. I could have had a salad at both places & avoided wheat.
My eczema is also red, raw & itchy, itchy, itchy & I can't find my hydrocortisone cream. That's a wheat side-effect, so is all my own fault (scratch, scratch, scratch)
