I have 9 hours remaining in taking phone calls. Come 6:30pm my life as an inbound phone agent will be over and I will be in the workforce/operations job. I am so excited for this. I honestly can't wait for Monday so I can start learning my new job.
And plus my manager is so freaking awesome. She adjusted my schedule so I can go to the baby Penguins home opener. Okay, I think there may be other factors that helped it but she didn't need to do it. I know she likes hockey as well so I think I will make sure to get her some good seats sometime.
