Dear Purdue,

Thank you for bringing it to my attention that a hold was placed on my record. However, I have gone to MyPurdue to investigate the reason for my hold. However, I cannot find a rationale reason for the accounts receivable hold that exists, as I have a balance to accounts receivable of $0.00. I am expecting to be billed co-pays for services received at PUSH; moreover, I have yet to be billed for said services.

Nonetheless, I feel it is inappropriate for my account to placed in violation when I have yet to be billed and thus cannot correct it. Please see that this problem is taken care of soon. The entire data management of this university is completely archaic and it is embarrassing to be a student of such a prestigious university when it has just begun to bring it's data infrastructure into the 21st century.
