Which made for an entertaining drive home... but still lovely!
Speaking of entertaining drives home... I got pulled over! AIIIeEEEEE! I thought for sure I was getting nailed for my expired tag. But turns out, the only reason he pulled be over was because my right brake light was stuck and my license light wasn't working. No ticket and he said to just get myself home safely. I know I got off really lucky, but seeing those blue lights just put my stomach in such knots! I was already wound up from driving through that all that snow in the dark. Yay for adrenaline rushes! My kingdom for a stiff drink! *falls down*
But I have happy news! I had an interview this morning and they've asked me to come back for a second interview tomorrow! So, keep those fingers crossed! If I get the job, I'll be starting Monday. If not, I still have the temp job... which... I'm getting paid well for sitting on my duff and doing nothing... eh, well. At least I won't feel bad for leaving it if it comes to that.
Thinking a hot bath right now...
