Kitties!! And more!!
Surprise, surprise, I haven't updated in ages, but I do read everyone's entries everyday, I swear.
I've just been up to the usual - working really hard (report cards BITE, yo), playing WoW, and spending as much time as I can with my friends. Oh, and I've been playing with 4 different orchestral groups lately, so my sheduale is insane. I've had 10 concerts in the last month. Not to mention rehearsals on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every other Sunday. Craziness.
But enough about me!! This is about my kitties. Because they're the sweetest most fun kitties *ever*
WARNING! Picspam ahead. Also, much cuteness.
Here are my babies. Sacha is on the left and Sophie is on the right. My mum named Sacha after Sacha Baron Cohen, which is pretty sad. We had a name for the girl right away, but the poor boy was Brody, then Bailey, then Kalua, and finally we're watching the Oscars and SBC comes and stage and my mum's like "Sacha! That's a great name!" So, Sacha he is.
Sach is a little more mellow than Sophie. Sadly, their eyes, because they're so dark blue, don't really photograph well, because they get horrible red-eye syndrome. Oh well.
Like, any good kitties, they found the good places to sleep right away...
...tell me she doesn't look like a happy, happy cat.
Also, they have about a zillion toys, but so far the best games are:
Shread the newspaper,
flip the bed upside down and run around the house with it on your head,
and, the green feathered thing of doom. (That toy only lasted for a day or so before they killed it.)
But by far the very coolest thing about my kitties? Sophie's a Canucks Fan. Either that, or she hates the St. Louis Blues. Which is fine with me.
She did the same thing last night when we had the Cancuks vs. Detroit Red Wings on. She ignores the TV the rest of the time.
So, yes. The sweetest things ever. Right now they're curled on my floor beside the space heater. *luffs*
Also, Dancing With the Stars FINALLY starts this week. Yay! 4th season and it just keeps getting better. So cheesy. The last two seasons the person I've really wanted to win has won, so I'm crossing my fingers for Joey.
Spring Break this week. Wee! Time off! I shall try to be productive and not spend all my time trying to get my little Warcraft character to level 50. *geekdom* .
