i've found that huddling is bad... just stand up... face the world... let your mind tear itself to pieces without anyone knowing... then quietly go insane... worked for me

sounds like an experience ive been through myself... until that world scared the shit out of me and i stayed this quiet shy little girl who tried not to make contact with many... ah the situations and experiences ive been through are amazing...
