Went to work out at LA Fitness after work today with my fiance. It was alot of fun, and I bet I'm going to be hella sore tomorrow. Then, when we got home, there was a phone message from her dad. It was about an email she had sent asking him for his thoughts on her selling her car. When she called him back, he started going into how it was HIS car and HIS investment. She was very upset at the whole thing. It's just that we were looking forward to selling that car to pay off alot of our debts, and she had been under the impression that he had given it to her. I guess he had other ideas. Anyway, I know we will work out the money situation eventually. But there were deeper issues with her father that concern me. She gets really upset at some of the things he says, and I don't blame her. I hope that me being there for her makes it easier to deal with things like that. I just wish I had the answers on how she should deal with him.
