Hello....
Long time no update. I don't feel much like actually journaling, per se, even yet, but I feel compelled to note the things I've been trying to do with my time lately. Maybe if I keep doing so I will feel like I'm on track.
- Learning how to realistically color images digitally
- 150 words added to my novel today, 118 yesterday (woefully below my quota, but it's something)
- Studying stylistic mixed media techniques for fantasy art
Also acquired the print of Breugel's Hunters in the Snow that my dad has had since before I was born, as he got himself a new copy. Hung it. Looks fantastic in my apartment. Also worked a lot and received my bonus from Christmas. Also talked to UofL's environmental program director about local goings-on that I might get into. Also talked to two friends at work about having them over for dinner sometime--first non-family guests in ages.
