Small Town Life
Living in a small town definitely has its perks. However, there is also that point at which you start to grow numb from sheer boredom. How many times can I visit WalMart or Kmart? What to do for fun? There are lots of bars in town and restaurants. But you can only eat or drink so much. Lots of parks to take the kiddies. Not much for the kids to do other than that. I'm envious of my sister who has the pick of many types of cuisine. She's got the big shopping malls in the big city. She's got a Barnes and Noble right around the corner where she can visit at 9:00 PM and sip a coffee and look at all those lovely books.
*sigh* I'm starting to get bored here.
Grandma lives in the same town, so that's great for my daughter. I have many friends who live here, but they have their own families to deal with.
I'm just rambling this afternoon.
Maybe I just feel like complaining.
