For those who don't do Facebook
I have a job, starting next Monday, as an Office Admin Assisant for the Wind Prospect Group here in Bristol. The company is involved in the development of wind farms both here and abroad, and I am extremely pleased by this, especially as I have been out of work for almost two years and my savings are exhausted *grin*.
So, not only am I going to be paid, but it's being paid from an environmentally responsible source. I think I can tick a few boxes of "feel good" right there! Basically, this is The Job. Now I just have to not feck it up...
I spent a lot of yesterday dancing and grinning and whooping my way through the house (I think the deaf guy next door - you know, the one with the top volume porn) may even have heard me I was so loud!
I couldn't decide between this icon and the trampolining elephant, but decided that this one had the correct amount of flailing to correctly convey my happiness.
Ironically, I am now more likely to post here once I have started my job and have less time available.
