Weekend round-up
WFRP went very well. My character got married (although she now unfortunately has changed her name to Brauer, and so is therefore cursed to suffer a Vampire bite or worse), and now she has about four different people asking her to toture this one guy. Honestly, I said yes the first time, with much glee! So I am spending my XP and my downtime points in all the relevant areas to make myself competant. Oh, and the GMs are going to start doing pregnancy rolls for me now :P
Sunday was spent chilling and painting. I only have three little guys that I need to paint up for a one-day event this coming weekend, though I still have a fair amount of work left to do on then, it should be do-able. I have tonight, tomorrow and Friday to finish them off.
On Monday I went out round to a friends and we played Galaxy Trucker, which was absolutely hilarious when a good two-thirds of one space ship fell off thanks to a meteorite hitting the single connection and taking it out. He ended up flying a very long ship with a very narrow profile in the end... I came last, but that is because I kept losing my crew to pirates and wasn't able to explore abandones spacestations and the like. I am considering starting a short-term Vampire campaign with these guys - they're a good bunch of lads, although if I can get one of them to stop arm flailing, and the other to stop going "ding-ding, all aboard the fail bus" everytime he botches a dice roll I will better be able to preserve the mood of the game :P
Yesterday went to Stitch 'n' Witch and got cat-whored by Trouble, who decided that the leaves in my bag were extremely desireable, and she wanted one RIGHT NOW.
This morning - got up late and dropped the car into the garage for it's MOT. I reallt hope it passes - I can't afford for the damn thing to be broken...
