I am considering starting another blog, where I shall put all the over-thought existentialist crap that floats about in my brain. Also, posts about my model painting (as not many of my friends are really that interested or know what I am talking about) and other such stuff

You could put things behind cuts and / or put tags on your posts so that people can skim if they're not interested.
