so i am waiting to go to this crystal castles show and the place has reached capacity. i am on the VIP list so it doesn't matter. there is an open bar. we are extremely late. there is supposed to be a surprise for me (I am guessing backstage because my friend is friends with them, and i have met them before back in the day) but i really don't want to be bothered. i am drunk already and just waiting and waiting listening to johnny mercer. how lame. i don't know if i want to deal with the crowd. where is my friend? at least i look damn good. man i am drunk.
