It's taken me a week to get this up. Given life at the moment, that sounds about right :-) Here are the things I'd like to do in 2015:
1-Running PR, any distance.
I'm a runner. The
Blerch cannot be stopped.
2-Getting back into yoga.
Long a goal, long sporadically done. This time, I think I have a plan for success. There's a
