School and Summer Blues
Taylor is coming over for the entire day tomorrow! Yay! Too bad the pool is closed tomorrow for "Staff Appretiation Day." School begins in another week and a half, which I am bittersweetly looking forward to. I am totally looking forward to seeing my friends after the entire summer of not seeing ANYONE! Hopefully, we'll get the teacher lists soon so that I can compare them with my friends. But, yet, I'm not looking forward to the homework...BLECH! If I could omit one thing out of school, it would be the homework. And going, of course. But, it isn't so bad compared to what I could be doing. Anyhow, I'm still waiting for teacher lists and since school doesn't start for the next Friday, I have almost an entire extra week off. But, the pool closes early which means no swimming.
I've been a lazy bum this summer, and adapting to school isn't going to be so easy. But the rest of the summer is just a day to relax and listen to music on my iPod for endless hours while playing TS2 or maybe watching TV. Not too fun. After the excitement of my trip, the rest of the summer is going to be pretty dull. People are starting to get back from their summer-long trips, so I can finally call someone without getting the am (answering machine.) That's a relief. Anyhow, I'll report back tomorrow night after Taylor's left. ~Tori~
