School today was okay. Every time I say that to my mum she says "Just okay?" and I say "Yeah", because that's all it ever is. Okay. Oky Doky. A-Ok. Etc etc etc.
Did an essay in history, the one I was supposed to revise for last night: "To what extent do you agree with the following statement: The most important reason that William suceeded in winning the English throne was the mistakes made by Harold Godwineson." I agreed, because Harold did cock up a bit, and he had some bad luck, however I also disagreed, because there were other factors that helped William gain the throne, such as papal support and good luck from the wind.
Yeah, it was as crap as it sounds.
I was a bit annoyed today to find out that Eirlys had her birthday party on friday, and I wasn't invited. She invited Becky, and told Becky she could bring whoever she wanted, but Becky only asked Gemma, Sarah and Vickey. Me and Rachel were left out of it.
I suppose I can understand that, because Eirlys and I haven't really spoken much since year 11. But we used to be good friends in Year 11. We did dance together, goddammit! She helped me with my choreography of a couple of flowers going through the seasons. We both went to Chris' Murder Mystery Party. She was Thiza Dolittle the stripper and I was Won Ton Suey, the chinese businessman. I don't look very chinese man-like, because I have blonde curly hair. (There's also the part where I'm an English girl). So I bought a black top-hat and went round to Eirlys' with Alex, and while he was getting into the red sexy dress she'd made him so he could play Lara Palmer Tortellini, the Italian model-socialite, I scrunched all my hair up inside the hat, so I looked a bit more manlike, and painted my eyes to look chinesey. Alex said I should pin my ears back to stretch my face out, and make my eyes look chinese, but that didn't happen.
It was a good night. And then, a few months ago when we all went to Buddies for Becky's birthday, Eirlys said she was going to throw a party for her and her boyfriend Ollie's birthdays, and that I should come and meet guys and generally mingle. So I said "yeah, cool".
And then she doesn't invite me.
But anyway, so that kind of annoyed me. But I'm over it. Totally.
To change the subject, I have my mum's enormous black cardigan on because, even with the heating on, it's freezing in our house. My hands are always cold recently. Even if I'm warm, they're cold. Gemma says I have no blood in them. But if I had no blood in them, wouldn't they be all shrivelled and grey? I don't know, I was always crap at sciencey stuff.
So yeah. What with the Jenny thing, and now the Eirlys thing, I'm not feeling desperately popular right now.
I'm glad I lent my Edward Scissorhands dvd to Ally. I got it back from Eibhlin today, and lent it straight to Ally. I know that if I had it, I'd have to watch it, and that wouldn't help matters at all.

I can't wait to start living.
