There are several period romances. Mischief and Mayhem is two of them, and is pretty decent. A Perfect Waltz is another, and somewhat less decent. You takes yer chances. :D
Arena is pretty good, from what I remember, but it's been forever since I last read it.

Also, Samantha and the Cowboy is a period romance, though Old West rather than Regency, and a teen romance to boot.

Negaholics is a bit enthusiastically written, but it's actually quite helpful, mostly because you're too busy laughing at it to realize it's making sense to you until you finish it. The rest are yours, and you can have Negaholics free if you like.
