Bingo truly missed an excellent meal the other night. Adamanta and I dined together and had some very fine conversation. Hardly boring at all, surprisingly.Bingo and Arathorn were going to join us but they must have found something else to do. *coughs

*washes a plate in the kitchen sink, peers over at Tiger* I don't think he's in there, Tiger. Melba checked earlier. The doors not locked. We can't find him anywhere. Have you seen him anywhere recently?

I saw him the other night. He and Arathorn were in the parlor. We were all to have dinner together. They never showed up.

I suppose the two of them slipped away for a while. I hope so. Both of them could use a little sex romance in their lives.

Maybe Bingo left a note or spoke to someone before leaving?

Aaaaahhhhhhhhhh! You know, I had a feeling something like that was going on.

*shakes her head* No, note that Melba or I know of. Maybe they've found someplace private, if it's both of them who are missing. Maybe we should check to see if Arathorn left things in the parlor. *waves to him to come along, and starts walking toward the parlor* So Arathorn and Tobey decided to split, or . . . ?

You saw Tobey recently, yes? And saw how he interacted with the Elf? Now just between you and me, do you think there's anything going on with that pair? Because yes, I think Arathorn and Tobey have decided to go their separate ways. I carried many a letter between the two of them and can just about guarantee, that if I'd been the recipient of any of those letters, well, I wouldn't want to continue along...

Of course, I'm only guessing.

Well, I couldn't really see it--Tobey didn't act like he was close with Celebrimbor at all, but there were the bunch of us there, so he may have been acting differently than what you saw. And there is the issue of Celebrimbor being in their bed, with Arathorn over at our smial, so . . . *shakes her head*

*reaches the parlor, and looks at the sofa and the few things on it and the floor around it* Well, he does still have some things here. But not a lot. I'd say, he went somewhere, but is planing to return here. What do you think, Tiger.

*surveys floor* Yes, I'd say Arathorn plans to return. He left some of his clothes.

*eyes empty bottle of wine on floor; picks it up; holds it out to Celly* I'd also say that Arathorn is drinking alone to drown his sorrows. Pity. He seems like such a nice man. I don't know him very well except for the times I heard him sing at the pub.

*looks over at the clothes around the sofa, nods*

*shakes her head* Not alone. *picks up the two wine-stained glasses on the mantle piece, looks at Tiger meaningfully* They are sooooo together somewhere. *laughs* I wouldn't even know where to begin to try to find what things Bingo may have packed, but Arathorn's pack and weapons and things have gone with them.

*laughs with her* Oh those socks! Bad, very bad.

*smiles then adds* Then we'll figure they're safe together and not wanting to be disturbed. After all, Arathorn HAS his weapons.

I only wish they had TOLD someone of their plans.
