you is stupid. ha ha ha.

I am reading this very interesting book called "Euthanasia, opposing viewpoints". I think it is really informative and thought provoking- I'll post more later, when I have more time and more information.

yay for free books! I love that French lady from the tagsale!!! She's so awesome!!
Free books are like a wise man's treasure

Yeah, so, I broke my nail (middle finger on the right hand)- it's split up the side and it really really really fucking hurts!! Sarah is crying. Chrysi seems to be gone. Sondilyn is laughing at something...and looking at her brother's e-mail (naughty Sondilyn!) Dylan is explaining who Kate is to Sondilyn because she can't remember who she is. And Danielle seems to think she's a snake.
My nail hurts!!

BAKA!

my nail hurts!
Sondilyn's advice: get a bandaide.

Ok...so, I have to ask some philosophical questions of everyone. Please answer by commenting in the comment...er...area, down there....so, anyway-

1. Is there such thing as "mercy killing"? Should euthanasia be legal?
2. Is the universe one? why or why not?
3. Is killing someone worse than leaving someone to die?
4. Is there a God? If so, one? more than one?
5. If you believe in God(s), should he/she/they be feared?
6. Is there an end to pain (mental and physical)?
7. Is death final?
8. Why are people cruel?
9. Are people cruel to others because they are different...and they fear the difference because they don't understand it, and people seem to lash out against things/people they don't understand...?
10. Why don't people value education anymore? They resent school!

hrm...I have more questions, but that is all I can think of right now. Sorry, I have been feeling the need to update quite alot.

Things to listen to (buy):

1. All of Rimsky-Korsakov's "Sheherezade"
2. Mosgorsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition"
3. Umm...That other composer...I have to ask Pekar what his name was...

Those composers all wrote pieces called "programatic pieces"...kind of like Rhapsodies because they don't really have much of a theme, they each tell a story of some sort- they tell a story through music, not words. I find that amazing and rather fascinating. I think all who read this entry should check out those composers and especially those specific pieces. The CDs should come with that little jacket explaining the story in each piece, but I think you should listen first, then figure out if what you thought of while listening was what the composer intended you to here. Just my thoughts... well, I have to go to homeroom now.
