I've been cooking more often again. Trying to be healthier/thriftier.
Pork stir fry - the oyster sauce really adds a great punch to the sauce.
Apple sauce - an easy source of fruit. No sugar added kind is still delicious and sweet.
Cranberry Oatmeal - Add brown sugar and a palmful of craisins to plain instant oatmeal. Delicious and fills you up. Add a small amount of marmalade for extra zip.
Eggnog - okay so not healthy, but sooo worth a tiny glass of tasty goodness.
Baked Potatoes mashed up with French Onion dip.
White Pizza
Crust
Leftover chicken
Ranch dressing
Pizza blend shredded cheese
Chopped chives
Additional tasty items I didn't have on hand or want to use: tomato, leftover broccoli, olives, ham
Assemble on crust, bake according to crust directions. For a mini pizza it took 10 minutes plus an additional 2 under the broiler.
