okay, fine, I get your point. But I still don't agree with you. I still think having someone like Kelly Osbourne in the public domain saves alot of young woman from burning their throats or ruining their stomachs by taking dieting pills when it's not necessary. She may not be the epitome of "punkness" or be in the game for the right reasons, but by her mere existence in the media, she is showing people that big girls can be beautiful and that you don't have to be a skinny little twig like Avril to get recognition.
Unfortunately, the majority of "moms" in the United States probably aren't as hip to the fact that they need to explain to their kids that these pop stars they idolize aren't people they should be looking up to and trying to emulate. i think at least that our generation who have already been fucked up by all this will at least know how to raise their kids properly, making them understand the reality of these situations (even if it makes them as bitter and cynical as we are now).
Whatever. You know, it's like choosing the better of two evils. Neither are great role models for kids, but I think the lesser of the two evils would have to be Kelly.
And as for her sense of style clothing wise, well, that's all just a matter of who is looking.
