FREEDOM
So that's my hectic week. It looks like a lot less than it feels. Next week will be hellish, too. I foresee a Cell Bio exam and an Orgo exam as well as joining another club. I think it might be stupid of me to join another club, but I really really want to get involved in everything possible. I like joining clubs and meeting people and doing good things.
I made a freshman have a meltdown today. I really can't describe the kind of person she is so I won't bother but let it be known that she is extremely high strung and over the top about school and most things in general. I'm not sure she has much of a sense of humor. I can tell she's a genius but she has a hard time grasping at that. I was helping her in the chem lab, offering a little scholarly advise and she had a meltdown about it later after breaking a beaker in the sink containing acetone and some compound of Na and I2. Nothing to cry over. I told her she needed to work on her efficiency in the lab without losing her high functioning ability for a thorough laboratory procedure. She cried for about a half an hour over this and the fact that an inorganic compound went down the sink. Le sigh. This for some reason stressed me out a lot.
