Update:

I went and to tell you the truth I was a bit disappointed. It might have had to do with the lady helping me. She just said, "Ok the directions are there so go ahead." She knew it was my first time. So I was sort of left to figure out what I was supposed to do myself. The herbs weren't marked, and I can't tell the difference between them by looking. There was another lady there for her first time and she was getting a full orientation, so I just lsitened in on hers. You stick the meat into a ziplock bag, and then the herbs into another ziplock bag. Most the items they wouldnt let me split, so once I got home I had to cut the meat up myself.

So tonight, I was thinking that it would be a good night for a quick dinner, so I pull out the flank steak, and read the directions. It says to let the meat marinate for 2 hrs! I was annoyed...i thought this was supposed to be fast...if it needed to be marinated for 2 hrs, why not just put the marinade on it in the first place and freeze it that way?

I guess they are ways they could definitely improve.

It is easy in the sense I dont have to go to the store and find all the ingredients and then measure out all the right amounts. But overall I wasn't that impressed.
