As of last night, the NPC packet is finished and mailed out. There will be a couple of updates and addenda over the coming week, but the bulk of it is complete. Whee, warm and fuzzy sense of accomplishment!

...Now to make props... tomorrow. Today is anniversary; minimal work gets done today.
