technobunny wasn't feeling in tip top form today so I have come over to his house to cheer him up a bit.

Rainbow trout fillets marinated in white wine, garlic, fennel, pepper, dill
New potatoes and mint
Griddled asparagus
Watercress, fennel and alfafa salad
It's half term week so I'm using the time to catch up on the shedloads of housework that has accumulated. My bedroom is currently covered with damp black items of clothing, folders containing artwork and materials and loads of books that have yet to find their shelf space.
