Have had a lot of fun viewing these, so thought I would join in
"You know how sometimes people on your friends list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when were they working THERE? Since when were they dating HIM/HER? Since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you should already know?"
FIRST NAME
My first name is Sam. I know, not very original, my real first name is the same as my fur name, but I like it, short and simple and straight to the point :)
AGE
I'm 22, DOB is March 31st
LOCATION
Currently living in London, Ontario. I have been here for about 2 years now, living with 2 room-mates, mAdius and Cola Katz. We recently moved to a 3 bedroom apartment, upgrading from a 2 bedroom. Myself and mAdius shared a room and bed for over 18 months, and even for 9 months after we had broken up. London can be isolated at times, but good friends and plenty to do to keep yourself entertained :)
OCCUPATION
Have been working for Rogers Wireless as a customer service rep in one of their inbound call centers since February of 2009. Its easy work, people call in, ask about their bills, complain, i add services to their account and sell them phones.... Its boring but simple, I wish I could do something more in my field (911 dispatching) but with the way the economy is right now, nothing is open. Its not great money but isn't terrible either, and its paying the bills, which is the most important thing :)
PARTNER
Currently single. I had been dating Mallory on and off for about a year before we broke up again at the end of August, and to be honest have been fine with it since, im fine to do my own thing for now. If something comes along, that's great, but im not too fussed on that right now, happy being a single and spending money on myself :)
KIDS
Not for me right now at least, not sure if I ever want to have children
BROTHERS/SISTERS
Two sisters, 1 older (Amy, who is 24) and 1 younger (Megan, who will be 16 in December) - Have a very good relationship with both sisters. Dont see them too often as they live with my parents still a few hours away but always have fun when I see them
PETS
No pets, but my room-mate Cola has 2 cats, named Blue and Raja (10 points for anyone who gets the movie reference....) - both are 2 years old, can be a little hyper at times but are over-all fun to have and take care of :)
THREE TO FIVE THINGS GOING ON IN MY LIFE
1. Traveling - Hoping to do some more traveling next year that doesn't all involve cons. Had planned to go to Bellingham, WA in January but plans fell through, so will now be jetting off to Orlando, FL in Feb. Hoping to maybe get back to England too, its been over 4 years since I was last back and I am getting a little homesick to be honest >.>
2. Tattoos - Currently I have four tattoos but I do want more. Not sure what I want to get but when I figure it out, i will get it, suggestions welcome!
3. Sports - Still big into my sports. CFL season is coming to a close, watching hockey, soccer and NFL currently, and in March AFL and MLB starts again. One team ends, another begins it seems!
4. Fursuits - Currently having 2 suits being commissioned, a remake of Stripes and a new character, a snow leopard named Brandon being made currently :)
PARENTS
Parents have been happily married for 27 years now, Eddie and Pam. Had a very happy childhood growing up. Parents were always there and supportive of me in every decision and action that I did. My mother was a substitute teacher for children with special needs but is now a homemaker since moving to Canada and my farther is a service engineer, although now works more in the office due to recent injuries and the fact that he is just getting on in years. We were never rich but never poor, you could say I always got what I wanted for Christmas....
CLOSE FRIENDS
Have some very good friends here in London, especially my room-mates. Haven't kept in touch with many back in England, not really by choice, just been away so long, just have new interests and hobbies and grown apart. To be honest, I sometimes wish I was more social, but with my work schedule being as it is, its difficult. When I do get to see my friends though, its nice. Quality over quantity.....
