i've never been so happy that a team lost. i mean, i always love when the yankees lose, but i don't have much invested in the yankees, besides sentiments. for the cubs, it's a totally different story. after 15 hours of work today that started at 6 am (before sunrise!), i was just happy to be able to go home. and not work tomorrow. wooo. i get to sleep and relaxx tomorrow and i cannot wait.
not that i don't like the cubs, i do and i think they are a pretty good team overall, except for their waste of playoff time this week. and mike - you were right on.
i think i've worked like 1000 hours at wrigley since may and i feel like i've just been waiting to exhale the whole time. so here goes, finally.
