Who do they think they are???? (Language Warning)
Well, we are still trying to find out about a new ISP. Spent two hours on the phone yesterday with Sprint getting things set up. We called Verizon to make sure the ISP number would be local. We called 4 times and 4 times Verizon said "Oh yes. It's local. NO charge whatsoever." Well, we find out today that it's NOT a local call. What the fuck!! They need to get their heads OUT of their asses here. Oh, that's not the best part. Called Sprint today and come to find out Verizon called and CANCELLED the long distance transfer. I say again. WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!?! Who the hell do they think they are?? The controlling asshole freaks.
Sooooo, we are going to see if Sprint has local service for us and if they do we are going to tell Verizon they can shove their phone service up their asses. If Sprint doesn't have local service for us, we are still calling Verizon about the shitty business practices of telling us 4 different times that the number will be local AND about them cancelling the fuckin order.
It just pisses me off about the dumbasses trying to strip away MY freewill AND freedom of choice as to what long distance provider I CHOOSE to go with. This doesn't even BEGIN to express how pissed off I am.
