Change is good.

Obama went for it when he said change. He went for that word at the right time. Timing is everything. If you feel like everything in your world sucks, then you either embrace change, because it's inevitable, or you fight it, and make your life at least 50% more difficult. Change is important, because over time, we learn and grow, and who wants to keep making the same mistakes, doing the same things all the time? How can you ever grow if you don't experience things? It's nice to have a best friend or boyfriend to experience that with, though, isn't it? Interesting I should bring up the whole boyfriend/best friend thing. I'm a girl who has always had trouble making friends with girls. Maybe it's my honesty, maybe I'm just not that like-able, maybe they're bitches, I don't know, but my whole life I've been crying to my mama how no girls like me and all I want is to shop, and do hair and makeup, and be a freaking girl. Well I never got that, but you can bet your ass if I had a best friend she would be second-in-command best friend to my boyfriend, Adam. I truly believe that no relationship works unless you are 100% honest, trusting, caring and loyal, that sounds like bff's to me. If the person you're with is the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, and you aren't best friends, you should probably reconsider your decision. Friends fight, but not because they're mad at each other, it's because they don't want to lose each other, really. The whole time I'm thinking I really don't want to let this person down. Back to the subject, you know who's afraid of change? Conservatives, Nazis, and old people. Also, stubborn people. Frankly, I don't have time for any of 'em.

Anyway, I like change. I'm moving to a little place in Logan Square dangerously close to a tastee freeze and a great Cuban place. Good thing my bike ride to work just got a little longer. Thankfully, I'll have my own bathroom. No more dirty man shavings and pee on my toilet rim. And my own entrance, it's going to be sweet. Not a forever place by any means, but I love to live and decorate different rooms, tre exciting!
