have you ever had one of those weeks when you can't wait for it to be over because it will be a big load off? well, i just did and now all of my stress is finally gone! the mvl meet was last night and we did pretty well finishing second overall in the league and our 4x400 even were the champs in our fastest time ever, 4:11

You forgot to mention your award winning 5'4" jump! And I was there to watch! I like hanging out with you at the high jump pit. It's fun times. Well have to do it again before the pits are put away for the season. C-Ya!
