it smells SO good in my house right now!!
i'm roasting a whole turkey, with all the fixings. no special reason, just want to know if i'm capable of doing the bird thing.
i also have the neck and giblets simmering on the stove with herbs, butter, onions and broth so the dogs can have a yummy treat too.
