I lived in Brookwood Club on Monument/9a.. nice apartments, lots of Pretty trees..and theres a pool for every 2 buildings *10 pools in all* and its just far enough off 9a and Atlantic that you dont have to worry about all that traffic and noise, for our Large 1 br it was 620 a month... Theres also the Oaks, which is down monument closer to Target and those are really nice too and run about 600 for a one bedroom...

It's too bad you don't want to live at the beach.. The building that I live in has like 4 other units that are empty right now.. People all just moved out at the end of their lease.. It's $700 a month, 2 bedroom and exactly 5 blocks from the ocean! It's across from an Episcopal School and next to a church so it's a nice area.. Let me know if you want any more info and I can get it to you. <3
