I am curious about your icon, are you conservative because I am fairly liberal...

Good question... if I had to put a label on myself, I suppose it would be conservative, although I believe the two-party system is an antiquated use of democracy and should be done away with. Most people are neither 'democrat' not 'republican' in their truest senses.

The reason for the icon is because I hear a lot of people say that conservatives are racist. I found this icon somewhere online and thought it was interesting that someone had switched it around like this. My hope is that people labelling themselves 'liberals' will see it, get angry because it isn't true, and then realize that this is what the 'conservative' feels like when the same allegation is made at them.

Wow, sorry to be so long winded... I guess it's the teacher in me, too... lol
