weekend out of town
OMG brandon flowers is so HOT (in a metrosexual way). The quality of their CD just doesn't do them justice. Infinitely better live. i want to see them again!
anyways, got to see my friend amber this weekend. that was cool, except she was sick most of the time. i met amber in my first semester of culinary school, but then she transferred to the art institute in vegas. i was sad about this, but she's better off there. and, she has an awesome pad all to herself.
she took me to ride on the manhattan express, which i was initially really nervous about because i haven't been on a rollercoaster in 4 YEARS! but it was fun. next time: stratosphere.
ryan's brother just recently moved to vegas for a job, so we're due to go back for a visit. amber mentioned that she knew someone who is married to a performer in bellagio's "O" show, so hopefully she can score us some tix the next time i visit.

3) Blue Man Group
oh yeah, and i want to see audioslave now because the amber's security friend at the hard rock saw them the night before the killers and said they were really good.
