Tuesdays are cool again.
Oh hi. *waves*. I've been in and out of fandom for the past few weeks because of RL activities. I only have two courses after this semester until I transfer to my B.A. program. Pretty spiffy, eh?
Anyway, there really is no purpose to this post other than to squee/talk/rant about Lost. It's back, but only until May. That reality is slowly crashing down on me. Repeatedly. I'm feeling both scared and freaking excited at the same time. I was going to do a post after the premiere but these things known as due dates got in the way. Bugger. I did however, manage to jot down a few notes (some of which managed to be coherent) during the episode on Tuesday. In case anyone cares:
-Something does not seem right about Sayid. You know, other than the fact he's alive again.
-Sawyer seriously needs to shut it. I miss Jules too, but come on. And get rid of that scowl.
-Kate. Going to Sawyer. WHY?!
-ZOMG Jate scene of epicness. *Jack pulls her close*. DUDE. They seriously came like two centimeters away from kissing. *supresses a squeal*
-I am so loving Jack right now. The Temple people? Yeah not so much.
-Special Side Note About RL conversation during the ep: I just had an argument about why Jate=Fate. Seriously, after I have been proven right on my OTPs (fictional ones anyway. RPF is just frustrating atm), people still wanna argue against me?
-"You're not a zombie, right?". LOL. ILY, Hurley.
-Kate and Claire. HEYYYY. AU Jack and Kate share a glance. Like that quote, they SO think they know each other. ZOMG LOVE.
-Okay, this whole Kate going after Sawyer thing is so uncool. *is annoyed*
-ETHAN. WTF?!?
-I'm loving this Claire and Kate connection. Seriously.
-Sawyer was gonna ask Jules to marry him. My Suliet loving heart is breaking. *cries*
-Um, Jack?...What are you doing swallowing that pill? You're scaring me right now.
-"Because it happened to your sister."..okay, so just where is island-Claire?
-OH. Of course she went all Rousseau.
-PROMO. I just don't even know. It looks like Kate goes back to the Temple though, so I am okay with that. At least then there's the potential for Jate.
And that's it. Seriously, my love for Jate has been completely revived. It was never actually gone, but I'm just noticing so much more about their relationship and their connection, and there's really no other option for either of them in my eyes, unles one of them dies or something, which I really should not think about. I just...I frigging love Matthew Fox right now. The man had better not only be nominated, but win come awards season. The complex vulnerability he plays Jack with is just...well, it's incredible.
