CAN ANYTHING ELSE GO WRONG?!

This weekend has been perhaps one of the most stressful weekends of my life. Here's a small recap:

1. Thursday - AllConnect starts calling to cancel my utility orders. Our final closing reveals work not completed on the home. Closing is pushed back until 11am.
2. Friday - I figure AllConnect has cancelled ALL my utilities except BellSouth. We run late to closing. The carpet cleaner knocks a huge chunk out of my door frame near the garage. Inside. Punch out guy tells me they will fix it ASAP. Issue over furniture shopping.
3. Saturday - Discover chunk in door frame has not been fixed. Receive call from other agent telling me two of my listings are being transferred to his office and get pissed because I tried to cancel the contracts with the seller last week. Receive phone call from two people insisting to see one of my listing today because they cannot come back Sunday or Monday. Go to lunch and am nearly poisoned at Wendy's. Discover upon showing said listing that they could have come Sunday after having to reschedule to a later time because they were running late and one person in the party did not show up. John and Chris stress me out by telling me they left the furniture outside and the washer was stolen. They think this is funny.
4. Sunday - WORST DAY EVER!!!! After barely any sleep, must show property early in the morning and was up at 8am. Manage to lock my keys in my car while shopping property. Locksmith charges me $110 to unlock the door, nearly breaking my door in the process. At our last listing, am nearly killed by a man who could barely afford clothing but did have a gold Grill. Why? I do not know. Get back to my office, decide to get lunch and once again, lock my keys in my car, this time while it was running. Mom is in the area, agrees to come unlock it with her extra key and I discover she had to cancel a lunch date to come help me. Two EMCs refused to help me prior to her getting there. I receive news from the people I showed property to on Saturday that they feel the property is only a one bedroom and they still want to look at it, but really feel its worth $50k less than the list price, but want in the crawl space to look. I don't have access so I call my client, who later returns my message with a huge rant about their pricing response and I get her calmed down. Blake, another agent I work with on a project, tells me she is quitting the project due to time issues. I think I have printed all my contract pages needed to ship to SC after getting my buyer's signatures and then I realize I forgot to print one page. Have to swing by my mom's to print the extra page. Client asks why I am working at 7:30pm on a Sunday night. FINALLY get home at 9pm.
5. Monday - John discovers that we were sharing our apartment with a Tiger spider, a scorpion and several other unidentifiable spiders. Ew. I discover that Georgia Natural Gas wasn't cancelled and have already connected the gas. In my name. And charged me a $150 deposit. SHIT! I call and get the issue resolved and they are going to waive the fee and change it into John's name. THANKFULLY!!!

On the up-side...
Chris has thankfully let us stay with him until we get furniture set up. I got a great night's sleep last night after some alcohol and a relaxing deep in Chris' hot tub - lovely at 105 degrees. I think we are getting furniture today, delivered tomorrow. My house is sunny. I am feeling much better.
