Dear friend,
It amazes me at how certain people can become more like family than the friends they once started out as.
Sometimes, this level is established upon reaching the realization that you have little inhibitions about disclosing the utmost of embarrassing information to them. Other times, it just takes obtaining a nickname that translates into a "piece of shit".
Either way, I've managed to find and maintain many of the aformentioned relationships over the past several years.
Thank goodness.
