Good Enough for Me...

Pairing: Ianthony
Genre: Fluff

There was something about him. Something about his closest friend, the one guy he worked alongside and spent his morning and his afternoon and his night with (most of the time).

Anthony didn't know if Ian would ever figure it out, didn't know if he could ever admit it, but there were too many good things he had to say about Ian. Sure, he has his flaws like when he forgets to put the cereal box away after taking some for himself or how he seems to forget his lines on set. But Anthony could overlook all of those things.

As teenagers, he specifically remembered the times Ian would jokingly say he would never be good enough for this girl or that one chick that he tried to hit on. Anthony knew sometimes Ian got bummed out about it, too.

But, hell, Anthony could name more than enough things about Ian that were just great. Like his stupid yet fucking hilarious sense of humor, and his contagious laugh. Or how Ian would always be there for him when he needed it most and never hesitated to help him with something. And his eyes. His damn beautiful light azure blue eyes. Or his hair when it was a little disheveled after waking up or filming a video. It was extremely endearing.

Admittedly, he even found Ian's process of thinking appealing. When they were spitting ideas for videos late at night and he furrowed his eyebrows and rubbed his chin, and seemed so concentrated on that task, he loved it.

And his lips. When he spoke or breathed or just anything, his lips were so damn luscious. Like he wanted to just lean in and kiss him so fucking hard until they were pulling back to take short breaths and returning for more.

That was definitely a little strange to think about his best friend. He didn't deny that he felt that way, though. Anthony couldn't help that Ian had the fucking cutest laugh or the stupidest damn smile or the best jokes. All of these things made him want to tell Ian and make it known and put it out there so he knew.

Every single time Ian would say he isn't good enough for someone, who was probably blind to not notice Ian's stunning qualities, he wanted to tell Ian that he is good enough for someone. Anthony wanted more than anything to admit, to say...

"You're good enough for me."
