yesterday i didn't do much. real estate's slow these days, so i've been doing a lot of internet surfing while on phone duty or what have you. my most recent addiction is flickr.com. i love seeing the photos people take (a lot of professional photographers post their work there) and the angles & original ideas. so anyhow, i was looking at the "groups" section yesterday, & i joined a few of them. i.e. wardrobe_remix, where you post a picture of your cute outfit each day & comment on others. SO FUN. at first i thought i'd just like to post mine for fun, but then seeing how i got five comments on yesterday's outfit got me excited! then i discovered today that i love to browse other people's outfits for the day & get cute ideas & comment on their cuteness too! another group i joined was "daily self portrait". pretty self-explanatory. but you aren't allowed to use photos that are already in your photostream. you have to actually do a self-portrait every day. if you know me, you know i love to do self-portraits. ;) there was also "what's in your bag?" (where you periodically empty your bag & arrange everything in an interesting way & photograph it, then explain each item) and "daily favourite" (where you post your favourite photo you take each day). i thought joining these daily ones especially will help me take photos more often! then i had a self-portrait photo shoot in the backyard. heehee.... here are some of the results from that.
