this week is a nightmare that I can't escape
one of the scariest things just happened
I was cleaning my room, like I have been all week, and my dad came in the house all out of breath
I asked him what was wrong and he said "glenna, I need a fire extinguisher" still out of breath
and I yelled up the steps for my mom to get it because he gave up trying to tell her
I ran outside with her, heard my dad yelling at terry to get off, and saw the lawn tractor completely engulfed in flames
I was so scared because I thought terry was hurt and I was afraid that the gas leak would make it explode while my dad was trying to put it out
there was smoke and extinguisher gas everywhere and it took about 30 seconds for me not to be able to breathe
and for my hair, skin, and clothes to smell like they'd been burnt
(terry's arm hair is just singed because he jumped off in time)
to tell you the truth, I was terrified
