Apartment hunting

I've got three initial prospects to sniff after so far. If those don't work out I'll look at going through an agency. If that doesn't work, the very last resort is to rent a room in a house. House option is the cheapest, generally includes all utilities in the rent - but... I don't wanna live with other people for once in my life.
