well i started a new exercise program this week.
yes i know i'm mad but i need to loss some inches and for once i want to do it. but lets see how long it lasts.

that 3 nights a week for that.
on the other nights i use the cross trainer in the sitting room. walk / jog at a steady pace while watch TV. at the moment i'm using DS9 walk/jog during the program stop and have a drink during the adds.
so far not to bad. hopefully in a months time i'll beable to see the difference somewhere.
the actual workout is a killer i only managed 6 of the stations before i thought i was going to keel over.
a friend has suggested cutting down to 30 second stations rather than a minute and build up from there.
