The characterization in so intense. Fuck, I could feel my own stomach rejecting like Kurt's was during that scene with Burt, it was so palpable!

while I think Burt is a great father to Kurt, I also think that if I met him in person, just Burt, I wouldnt like him very much. he gets points for trying but still, it sort of feels like he is exactly the kind of thing he tries to protect Kurt form - not violent, unmovable

I loved Carole in S1 and Im so glad you are bringing her back

and I really love Dave & Kurts interactions. in theri bubble its not perfect but they get each other on a level that is a joy to watch. and my heart swells just at the mere fact they have an opportunity to actually see the other

I've never really thought about Burt in quite that way - I do think he does kind of see things in black and white sometimes, in such a way that he and I might not always see eye-to-eye, but I would totally take him for my dad in a second, haha. XD

Carole is just such a wonderful character; as soon as I started writing her I didn't want to stop. :)
