Spooooooooooky

The office is a little spooky when I am definitely the only person here (yes, I am at work. I've been here since 1030, and will be here until about 10am or whenever my boss gets here to relieve me), although it's also kind of fun to go exploring. There's an empty office upstairs where another printing company used to be; now it's just desks and motion detectors and a bunch of our (I think) old filing cabinets. Now I know what's on the other side of the mysterious door by the printing floor (ooh spooky rhyme).

My pistols are with me, not for protection (although I've been going back and forth on wearing my revolver when I'm working until 3am), but because I worry about someone breaking into my house while everyone is away for Thanksgiving. I haven't gotten a call back about the big "can't steal me without more work than you probably want to put in" safe I got a raincheck for a few weeks ago; damn you, Dick's! I want to give you my $500! Why don't you want it?

I discovered that we have a mini kitchen between our office and the Digital Press guys, with like a tiny electric range and a refrigerator built into the counter. It is extremely retro, I should take pictures. I wonder if the lights are off in the warehouse, it is super friggin' spooky back there with the lights out. I went looking for some paper for a job last week at 2am and started doing the Jason "chu-chu-chu-ah-ah-ah" sound. Then I went up to the front office and shrieked "STOP THE PRESSES!" because that is hilarious.

Oh. So I work at a printing company. I haven't mentioned that before. (CHRISTMAS EDIT: On further review I see that I HAVE mentioned it before. Whoops!)
