[The feed opens with Merlin smiling lightly at the camera. There's still some shadow under his eyes, but the smile is genuine, at least.]

[The "ow" is the result of a man shouldering past Merlin with a grunt, knocking some merchandise from the shelves as he does so. He walks off without a backward glance, hands shoved into his pockets. Merlin regains his balance and stares after him with a frown.] That...was very rude of him.
[Still looking at the man's retreating back, he begins picking up the fallen items, planning to put them back neatly, when he's distracted by the clicking of heels that comes closer and closer. When he glances up, he comes face to face with a woman who, from the look of her uniform, works in the department store. She clears her throat, looking uncomfortable.]
Sir, the menswear section is on the other side of this floor and--oh! [She covers her mouth] If this is what you were looking for, I shouldn't judge. I mean. I-I'm terribly sorry for disturbing you! [She hurries off, red-faced]
What is she...? [Merlin finally glances down with a sinking feeling, and realises he's holding lacy lingerie. His face heats, and he calls desperately after the saleswomen] W-wait! You're mistaken! I was just...oh, bother.
...Heather? Do you think you could help me put these away?
